Could it be that the next financing deal will dilute the stock and he is taking a preemptive step to keep controlling interest? For instance, his ownership is 67% now, but becomes a lesser percentage once financing is done? This is my theory as to what may be occurring. We know SPOM will need additional funds before year end. Will be interesting to see the market's interpretation.
