Bill - IMO it probably has to do with the clients demands.

Unfortunately, we do not currently have permission to share with you the customer's identity, and were told it might take several weeks to clear a press release through the company's bureaucracy. Thus, we decided to proceed as we have. We have been advised that we may be able to identify this major client at a future time.
