#2301 RE: 1gumbi #2300

First of all, keep in mind that the float is only 100M and unless the other 230M is owned entirely by insiders, that float can grow in an instant (or, it can grow slowly but just enough to continually match all buying). This is why it is always wise to know what the insider position is, and how many restricted shares are issued, and the tradeable dates on the restricted. It is always the non-float that matters the most. Floats never stay low forever.

While BION may have an excellent technology for biomass, keep in mind also, that construction of such projects is not cheap, and someone has to pay for it. Even if funded by an outside source, the upside for investors is likely to be minimal for quite some time, until the plant is actually generating revenue sufficient to add value to the bottom line after funding commitments are met.

It appears to me that BION is more of a long-term investment, though new developments may still result in pps appreciation, providing the o/s doesn't grow in proportion to new developments.
