I think he is saying that LWLG & INTC being 2 separate entities is only a formality contingent upon final product results which will trigger the immediate acquisition of LWLG. Hopefully the founders (Goertz family & Ashton ???) still have a say and aren't desperate to sell-out to cheaply.

Like I'm laying that reasoning out here, nope. Just a hunch of course I don't know that for sure prolly a good bet though
