Scorpio Esq.......Greetings. I want to repeat my hunch that when Wave gets a money deal that gives us enough SP to qualify for inst. buyers in large scale, we could do the same as QCOM, IMO. We could have most of our shares taken out of the float as well as short covering. Imagine! Buying pressure of 50 or 60 million shares all at once & the shorts heading for BK court. A couple of comparisons I notice in your QCOM example: QCOM has 67% inst holders. IMO WAVX would have a similar % when we hit just one good contract that brings us to earnings (talk about rocket fuel). Also, these three institutional investors, Vanguard,Barclays, and State Street are all within the top six investor groups in both Wave and Qualcomm. I like seeing these same three investor funds involved with both companies. Let the $60.00 day begin!.

scorpio

Qualcom was just about the only hi tech investment I had that I got right early on and actually sold for great gains but before it exploded upward due to insanity and a short squeeze. I purchased it in single digits but have zero memory of any $60 day increase while it was lowly priced. Not even close. There may have been gains of that size when it was in three digits (there was an absurd run up due to a short squeeze later on) but there was no gain from $2 to over $60 in a day. Or my mind is so dulled that I've forgotten something that would have netted me close to a million dollars in one day. Only Wave did that following the AMD announcement, short lived however.

Scorpio - if WAVX has a QCOM day, the buzz factor will make WAVX a news item beyond what QCOM had available to them. WAVX has already had stories written about them as well as a play. A very dedicated bunch of dreamers. If, in the end, the dreamers are right then that becomes a fantastic human interest story. Wide press exposure and a natural subject for office chat. So, I think there will be more demand for the stock than it would deserve. For then the truly naive investors will want to buy in and that includes most people.
