No, you're not dreaming, and remember; conceptually speaking, INO has two HUGE platforms where they own all the intellectual property: Electroporation, and Synthetic DNA vaccines. When this and other info like HIV, gov't contracts, partnerships, licensing, etc, etc, gets out, this stock is going to go stratospheric.
