Nope, not correct, CROWE!! A report for the quarter ending July 31 is due Sept 15. Bad on me!!!

IF that happens, then the company could be legally silent for only 4 1/2 months. Still enough time to just let it quietly croak on out.

WILL THAT HAPPEN...Still a W&S situation.

W&S=wait and see in CROWE SPEAK. Much like "expect" means "NEVER
HAPPEN" in cdex/MALC/JB speak.
