My understanding is that the company will owe no more periodic SEC reports until the annual report is due. Fiscal year ends Oct 31. 90 days after that. So they can legally remain silent until Feb 2014.

If all that is true, it could be that no word of any kind will be forthcoming over the next 5 months. Unless a reportable event occurs. Such as a significant change in ownership, resignation of a significant officer, appointment of a significant officer etc.
