I do not think i fit into the proper categories for damages.
I NET gained on my commons Basis was 45-55 cents.
and my pfds are all +++
However stopping the sweep would be a HUGE benefit for me.

i give you an example. if you part of the group that wins a 5thA taking, you get some big time money. probably differential to $25-50.

you not in the group, or one of those joined to that group, do you really think tsy is going to go find you? you will have to start a new suit, and that will be very very difficult. again do not confuse this class action with the sprint/razor blade type suit, where every one the lawyers can find are part of the group. you have to find a group and sign up. you want one that will be able to tie to what will be the two or three suits(one fed, one dist, and god only knows what else).

this is legal advice from an engineer who was once married to a lawyer.
