the guy i hired said "you must be in a group" to reap the benefits of the suit. some stuff may be generic, and all get a kiss, but for specific award, you must be in the group, or enjoined to that group to get the benefit.(if perry et al get 10-20B), that gets apportioned within the group. you not in the group, you get nothing, and chances you cannot go back later and hit tsy up for a couple B just for you he also told me i do NOT want to be a lead plantiff, although i am an ideal candidate. no extra money, lots of court time. i am ideal cause i have enough stock, and live in DC. these cases are going to be heard in dc courts. i am less than idea due to my age, health, and attitude toward lawyers. (i have been offered lead by one group).

there is a whole lot more i got from him. he is a really smart guy. he has appeared before both courts. he knows people in the olsen and the boies stable. he has read all the complaints, and determined which he thinks best for me to join.
