I have never seen that. Perhaps it said they were working on improvements? The old cathode was already competitive, more competitive than any thing else. So the 10X gain in the cathode left any competition years behind and they were already way behind.

The only part you missed is the Noram PR where they hired Noram to re-design the FINAL pilot plant (no longer BC Research doing the led design) construction drawings because a number of major improvements needed to be included. That was in March, but then the May 10X improvement in the cathode restarted the entire design process, as it resulted in major hardware changes.
