I recall from EDVA's and others' reports/summaries during trial, Google's expert witness, Dr. Ugone, was very bad. Google is smarter this time, and it will rely on Furrow instead of Dr. Ugone for the workaround issue.

Thanks JJS....Going to be a big payday, but based on the rulings of HJJ and Google's misleading it will have to come out in numerous appeals (laches, jury errors, patent work around, etc) and this will take time and persistence on Vringo's part.....I'm in for the duration, but will sell half first time it hits $3.75 again....Thanks again and go get some Ribs at Bar L and a few cold ones. Bad for Google to have done this. Very stupid and calls allot of things into question. But most of all it really makes the workaround claims look contrived and phony for sure.
Ugone cites and employee as a consult on the validity of the workaround and that person is not available to comment on the same? Sure looks bad / Phony / contrived.
Things like this will help Vringo allot.

If Google was unable to support their claims before, then their credibility is naturally going to be called into question immediately when considering more claims of the same nature now. This combined with the fact that they are now confirmed liars and were found guilty will hurt their efforts for sure. The Judge will likely not be giving them allot of latitude with these issues at this point when they have already raised them with no success. He has made it clear now that this cases' time has in fact come, and he intends to bring it to a conclusion.

Thanks for the information JJ
