IF GOOG had all these multiple work arounds over a year ago, and they work, why haven't they been implemented? Even if they were ALL legitimate work arounds, why wouldn't they have implemented one of them? They KNEW, and KNOW, that ongoing royalties would apply without the ACTUAL implementation of a legitimate work around, and a handsome royalty at that, yet they continue to use VRNG's patents instead of avoiding that ongoing royalty to this date? They could have a hundred work arounds, or claim to, but until one legitimate one goes into use they mean NOTHING, and royalties are ongoing.
Don't you think it funny that GOOG claimed multiple work arounds more than a year ago, and has never implemented one to stop the ongoing royalties they knew they would be hit with until one was fully implemented? Why even pay one (1) more year of royalties when you could implement a legitimate work around and avoid all future royalties from that point? Can someone come up with a reasonable answer to that? I can't, but I'd sure like to hear one.
Have a great night all!
