I'm not sure where your information came from, but from the E-Trade side I easily transferred ALL of my Liquidmetal shares from my USAA brokerage accounts (Joint plus IRA) into two newly set-up E-Trade accounts, and I had zero problems with this transaction. Perhaps things have changed since I did this a couple of years ago.
