You got it wrong. Vince is billonare who is the most succesful driller ever. The two guys from vancouver who run the deal are totally stand up guys. Having their drill get stuck is good news. It is easy to raise more money so dont worry about debt. Having over 200 mil shares out is nothing. All their other holes will hit oil with out a doubt. Rago stock price getting hammered to 15 cents is just due to short sellers
