Gotcha, Vince Ramirez is a fraud and his thirty year history in the oil business was a total failure. Therefore this must be a total failure. The individuals funding the well drilling are fools and the engineering team he put together is a sham. NONE of the acreage held holds any commercial oil despite claims to the contrary...anything else???
