Are you confused? It's very clear by your post they AGAIN need more time to get their act together for the PDI spinout. The news is wrapped within them changing the financial year end, but the facts are the same. They still don't have their ducks in a row on spinning out PDI. They need more time...blah,blah,blah,blah....SOS.
Like other posters have said here. It's the same promises never delivered. IMO a big problem for the share price.
