I think you are right now. The website is not updating. So what does that mean about the current short positions from the Aug 23rd and before?

I don't have an offshores broker but places like suretrader, tradeking, lightrader etc allow for the shorting of most pennies...itd surprise me if they didn't allow it for this security. Not saying there's short interest just that it's probably possible to short this.
