I believe we will see all new dual core PCs with TPMs. I may be wrong in that there will still be options for people to get the PC without the TPM at all, but I think the overall majority will see them shipped with a TPM. The user at the time of purchase may not want one, but most PCs these days (especially at the home) are used for several years, if not longer, and to interface with newer web services, the TPM will need to be included.

re:fujitsu "Trusted Platform Module
The latest and most secure form of data and platform protection to date. The Fujitsu Trusted Platform Module (TPM) is a Trusted Computing Group (TCG)-compliant embedded security chip. The TPM chip provides enhanced authentication and allows computer users to run applications more securely and to make transactions and communications more trustworthy. The applications bundled with TPM includes Files and Folders Encryption, secure e-mail through Outlook, and personal secure drive."

Does Fujitsu make a TPM, throught the site it is called a "new Fujitsu TPM" and "optional TPM driver and applications CD" is available on the desktop 7000 and 8000 series machines and tablet 4000 and 5000 series machines.
