Neither LQMT nor its only producer of deliverables, beyond feedstock by Materion to VPC, or VPC subcontractors, exist to demonstrate to an end-use mfr (customer) that the order would be filled in a reliable manner. VPC is a sham. Any legitimate order would come from a customer who demanded first hand visual evidence and a production facility inspection that the items would be delivered as specified in terms of product performance (verified with physical tests), on time and in the quantities ordered. VPC has neither the capacity to produce the order in-house, nor the ability to provide a customer a legitimate demonstration that any subcontractor they have at their reliable and dependable disposal has such capability.
Internet chat is not a basis for placing a Purchase Order. And one person's "order/contract" is another person's trick. If it is the latter, one might consider whether one is the trickster or the tricked.
An order? Sure, I presume it would be an order from VMatter or VPC, or any facsimile thereof, as long as the order is nothing more than a red herring. What better to keep the ruse afloat?
