you could be right, I dont know about the big player phrase though. If they are following good conventional business practice, which is what DOD and other government agencies like, they are then telling you in advance things are shaping up.
if they are following the Huff business model, its a shell game, which I doubt its the later even though I loath the shares they have given away over that past several years at shareholder's expense and dillution.
because no matter what the news is, all that dillution will hinder the PPS, I dont care what anyone says or does not like about that statement.
