So are we saying that there no other deals cut. Lol. Wait wasn't t I also told I was wrong when I said there was one that not only gave them free rent in July but also August. And wasn't I told that the increase amounted to only 3% when in fact I showed one lease that goes from $900.00 to $1900.00. Think that just might be a little more than 3% LOL LOL
