Exactly how these things work...Now everytime they get a little action and get some volume cookin they will sell more shares and hence use this as an ATM machine. They have no desire to ever take this company anywhere no matter how good the tech is. They don't care about the shareholders. Any company that does a promo like this does not care about shareholders tehy just want to steal your money.
