Does anyone know if KITE had any revenue? I'm not familiar
with the company and the fact that MOBL is buying the remaining shares appears to be good news but what are they bringing to the table? What areas do they have a market in? Why is this good news for MOBL? I am a long but want to understand why this acquisition is good news. No mention of cost or accretion, good or bad, just the news. Leaves me asking for more info. Any hard facts would be appreciated from those who have more of a background knowledge of KITE.
