if someone wanna have only 500 000 shares on open market we did see some weeks ago whats hapenning ...how much could they get until 0,75 $ is then the question...surely they could have some of mine to ...but not all....just a feeling they would not get more then 150-200 million shares if they try on open market

To attain control of the company. With control there is a control premium which must be paid.

Why does any company pay more than market value when acquiring another company? Control premium. Buying up shares on the open market doesn't give you 50% control...or if it does, it means you bid up the price far higher ...

...here for SNP to get a control premium they either have to meet Offor's price or try to buy up ALL of the other shares...and even then, I'm sure the other shares are partially owned by Offor's friends too.
