Why would the Chinese pay 75 cents for ERHC shares when they can go out and buy shares on the open market at 7 cents? I will sell them mine right now for 15 cents and I am sure there are MILLIONS of shares available at that price or lower. Can you name me a single company where someone paid a 1000% premium to the market price to purchase shares? Most large offerings are at a discount to the market.
