I don't think this IP was suppose to go public anyway (not now, not anytime soon, not in 5 years), otherwise they wouldn't have shut down the site so fast.

And give the poor guy some credit. Yes, posting the link may not have been a good idea. But I bet you that if he hasn't done so, it wouldn't have got so much attention and such a huge urgency from the investors (us) to make sure it is shut down.

The tech support may just treated it as a normal trouble ticket instead of making sure it is shut down since his phone "has been ringing off the hook" when I called :-)
