Pending Motions means the Judge still has questions,and maybe Judge Ellsworth would make the ruling.I agree,it's to bad that both parties can't work together.Maybe the Judge could give her opinion on the case.The solution is there,working together as a team with a division for 3D developed with Dimension,Inc.Just sayin' isn't that what there all about-3D....
