DGAZ / UGAZ will be rangebound. Moderate powerburn versus no threat of tropical weather. The heat wave will not last, and sooner or later, there WILL be a hurricane. Gas will probably stay in the range 3.50 - 3.35. Maybe wilder moves as speculators start betting on winter weather.

From the $natgas chart maybe test $3.6's the trading range it broke down from in July. I can't think of anything to make NG go above that level.

Trading range is likely for a while due to the wx and supply

The gap at $2.9-$3 from sept 2012 still looms large.
