Wobble a public company with a 150 Million dollar market cap trading at 0.03 is in line with what bankruptcy? Basically the investing public is saying the shares are a worthless investment.

IMO, PwC/AJW liquidation is owed no more than the amount of debt converted to equity in RS/RM last year plus whatever compensation was agreed to by contract.
It would be unethical in a business sense for PwC/AJW to demand more than the debt owed + interest/penalties + (PwC/AJW comp.) by the former EPGL.


Unethical? Demand nothing... they took a risk! They have $67M worth of shares and have every right to get whatever they can for them!
