IMO, PwC/AJW liquidation is owed no more than the amount of debt converted to equity in RS/RM last year plus whatever compensation was agreed to by contract. It would be unethical in a business sense for PwC/AJW to demand more than the debt owed + interest/penalties + (PwC/AJW comp.) by the former EPGL.
That amount is no where near what you'd like people to believe. Please look into that would you and we will compare estimates.
Longs would agree and it is inline with statements made by the company to retire large blocks of shares in the future.
