Was thinking about moving in last Thursday, but waiting again. Have been on the sidelines way too much this year, haven't been comfortable. Things seem way too controlled to me with lower volume, imo. Not too many trading days left in August will try to use up those tsp moves this month,maybe with a quick move in and out.
