Maybe Robert got his two projects mixed up.

A power supply for an LED is often called an LED driver.
Originally you were told by most LED manufacturers not to use electronic transformers with high freq AC output. Companies have now designed very low wattage LED products so they can be powered by electronic transformers.

So, I assume they mean the transformers, you know the one's they sent out for calibration but now sounds like they were replaced with bigger one's requiring the box to be modified and re-welded.
