I am taking the calendar year rule based on what I read in various places, including Wiki. I am not sure as many of us are not sure. But, I do plan to ask Dr. Koos when I meet with him so that I and everyone else will know for certain. Unless of course he issues another PR or clarifies such on the Regen website beforehand.

Nevertheless, the fiscal year is identical to the calendar year for about 65% of publicly traded companies in the United States and for a majority of large corporations in the UK[2] and elsewhere (with notable exceptions Australia, New Zealand and Japan).[3]

Fiscal year is what they base their accounting on.

The calendar year is what they release PRs on.
