Financial matters for a company are fiscal calendar; ALL companies.
That being said, during the 1st few calendar months of this year I tried to find out exactly how companies set up
PR & news schedules. I spent 2 hrs looking & came up with the following info with reference to Company PRs & news:

Companies must report all financial data according to fiscal calendar. Fiscal calendars are not all the same; for BMSN its Oct1 through Sept31. However all other news & PR is calendar quarters. That is unless the news or PR firmly states FYQ ? as the date of the article. Without the "FY" it is Calendar news.

I know I should have copied the article or a link to it, but I did not and I am unable to find it again. Sorry! If any others here wish to search for it I started with a search of PRs, public relations, & company news, along with calendar. Best of luck & please let me kow if you can find this info as I had earlier in the year. Sorry again that I cannot prove this info, but it is out there somewhere!
