I don't think so. I think they would have announced that it was rejected and then gave out a nice PR like this afterwards to help it rebound. It doesn't make sense to send out a PR like this followed by a rejection PR.

I just believe they wanted everyone to understand the significance of why they acquired the patent from Benitec and how it works with the Min patent. Also to let us know what they are working towards with it.

I think they are not "shifting" to this. It has been on the agenda the whole time. Besides, what are they going to say about HemaX right now anyways? "Uhmmm, we still got nothin'"

Putting out a gene silencing treatment PR is good while they await responses from the FDA, just good business, keeping investors and the public aware that they have more than 1 project in the works.

How many times does it have to be stated that when the FDA finally decide to get off their regulating A$$e$ and render a decision, we will know.

The updates have been provided on HemaXellerate. There has been plenty of information given to explain where they most likely are at this stage.

WHAT IS THE DEAL?

How can anyone read this PR and quibble? I truly do not understand.
