I'm going to watch this from the sidelines for awhile. Like you said, the convertibles may lead to a lot of dilution. I am also concerned about the revenue not being enough for operations, so they will need additional financing. That may lead to additional dilution. The company didn't gain as much traction in the non-US markets as they need to stop the bleeding. FDA is dragging things out as usual. (IMO)I'd be surprised if they don't R/S by early next year. The O/S is ballooning rapidly and I don't think most credible private investors will provide financing with the PPS at the current level. Maybe they will prove me wrong. We will see.
