That is where I found the 268M number on Page #7. It was not that April 15th filing and I assumed the Corp. Pres. was official enough, particularly since we knew the amounts and expiration dates.
You are right that April was the "official" number. Anxious to see the February 28, 2014 number!! That will be a time to celebrate!!
