skitahoe I understand completely and agree with you. But my problem stems from the fact that my sources tell me that the oven can produce 67% more product. I am inclined to believe that they were actually saying they produce product 67% faster, and that they were not actually addressing the volume of product. IMHO you must be right. My thought is that FH would not have wasted his time inventing an oven that was faster, if it did not result in a net gain of the number of Subs he could produce. Why waste the time, money, and floor space?

And commonsense dictates that if the new ovens have a larger footprint, they must also be able to sinter larger substrates. And if the shelf can hold a 60 inch sub for example, it can reasonably be expected to hold more 12 inch subs per shelf.

JMHO of course.
