This is correct, AS LONG AS SVFC HAD MONEY IN ESCROW BY AUG 12th. We got the 8k on the 13th. It is entirely possible that the money was NOT placed in escrow in time, and the demand was made legitimately. I hope this is the case, as it will bring this to an end today with payment of the note. I for one am sick and tired of waiting for the Dr to pay a relatively small note to get PPS moving north again. PAY IT AND BE DONE.
