No lying, dr said he put money in escrow which I am sure he did. Maybe just not in time (by Aug 12th).
This is going to bring this to an end by today when he takes money from escrow and gives it to IR. VERY POSITIVE DEVELOPMENT, Who wants to wait till Aug 26th when it could get finished today.
