The CEO is over 2 weeks late on a pr on the closing of the merger, that he himself set. Folger's gone MIA and hasn't communicated on why the timeline fell through. 000's are coming, imo!

If you believe in the future of the post merger company, then I hope you join us. If you focus on the past there isn't any reason to buy, IMO. Personally I like the potential up side when a stock is this cheap and there is a lot of negative talk from people who have clear attack agendas. The risk reward potential is worth it for me. I'm fine losing a few thousand bucks here and there to make 10K on a penny play that goes. All for fun and speculation with pink stocks, IMO.

Hi James, I know you have done some DD on board posts..I would email CEO folger, mention you are new and interested in company..question: "CEO Folger, what confidence can you provide in recommending that I purchase acyd stock today?". Obviously, he will be "selling" the company, but he will reply sometime today..give it a shot..:)
