Let's put this b.s. idea that this was somehow a mistake to bed. I picked up the phone and called the Wyoming SOS Business Services office and spoke with Jeri Melsness. She was gracious enough to provide me with a copy of the amendment that was filed increasing the shares to unlimited. See this clip of the pdf file --
