If in error, they wouldn't have had to resubmit paperwork through the mail. The SOS would've corrected the problem.

Unlimited shares is the reason these companies incorporate in Wyoming as it's one of the few states that allows such a thing. It was unlimited a few years ago before an authorized cap was added and modified several times to raise it.
