He is the CEO. And any CEO that spends that kind of money, his own money to buy shares of BMSN on the open market at far higher prices than we have seen in the last year shows you he is very confident the PPS is going much higher than the shares he purchased especially at the highs of his buys. look at the highest PPS purchases he made here taken form his entire buy list.
