#14227 RE: MAGA90210 #14222

golder909 ... Well, after all ...

it is my time and as long as I remain a shareholder, I fully intend to post relevant information about Mimvi as I find it. Now, I`m assuming you`re a shareholder, too, and I`m glad to see you speaking your mind; however, I suspect there may be many other shareholders here, but they just prefer to keep silent ... perhaps because they believe they were duped by what I refer to as the "old" Mmvi. If you read my last few posts, I think you will find sufficient reason to at least think twice about the "old" Mimvi somehow intentionally misleading investors when if fact it surely appears that Microsoft made several promises that it couldn`t make good on and consequently, as it turns out, there were many of Microsoft`s partners, including Nokia and Mimvi, who had no idea that there would be a major reorganization that was so disruptive that it caused many of their employees to jump ship and prevent little in the way of progress on their smaller mobile devices, and especially Windows Phone 8.1.

Frankly, I`m most likely through posting about the "old" Mimvi and am now concentrating on the "new" Mimvi, which by the way, has very little to do with the Company`s past management.

Also, you indicated that MIMV is a "screaming buy" under 10c ... is it that you don`t want anybody else to know that ?? Perhaps there are some current investors who aren`t as comfortable with their investment as you seem to be, or potential investors who would like to know more about our Company. I`m certainly not forcing anyone to read my posts, but at least they are informative and that`s more than I can say about some other peoples` posts.

Furthermore, as long as some people post false and misleading statements about Mimvi, I don`t intend to let them go and I will refute everyone that I can ... actually it really isn`t too difficult either as it`s a rarity to see a negative post on this board that to date has been substantiated with FACTS !!!

Now, on to the "new" Mimvi ... I`ve already made a couple posts that are FACT-based and quite positive in my opinion. Whether or not anyone chooses to read them, well, that`s up to them. I will point out to you a post that I`m sure even those who did read it probably missed what I believe to be a rather significant event among others ...

From 7-16-13 Press Release

"Our goal is to integrate Mimvi's proprietary recommendation capabilities into the mAdaptive platform in the second phase of rollout," he added. "This will fulfill the original vision of Mimvi Link by driving app installs across relevant content through native and mobile web advertising."

From 8-5-13 Press Releas

"At Adaptive Media, we launched our mobile ad serving and monetization platform, mAdaptive, and our video content management and monetization platform, vidAptive. We've also brought in several key revenue deals. From the Mimvi side, we've begun integrating the discovery and recommendation technology into Adaptive's systems. The pairing of Mimvi's core technology with Adaptive Media's supply-side mobile, video and display advertising platforms positions us to be a powerful player in some of the fastest and most lucrative segments of the multi-billion dollar digital advertising industry."

Both of Adaptive Media`s ad platforms are already generating revenue on their own, so wouldn`t you think once Mimvi`s S&RT is fully implemented that Adaptive`s platforms would have an even greater advantage over its competitors ???

If anyone doubts that Mimvi`s search and recommendation technology isn`t the best out there, then take a look at this ...

https://www.google.com/#bav=on.2,or.r_qf.&cad=b&fp=abbe0dcb580ddd36&q=best+mobile+app+search+and+recommendation+search+engine

If anyone can find a search and recommendation search engine that can search and discover Mobile Apps, Mobile Content and Mobile Products across multiple devices and platforms please let me know. I could be wrong, but I believe Mimvi`s search engine is the only one that can search ALL Social Networks, too. I also believe that Apple gave up on Chomp as a search engine for finding apps in its own store, and people have to use a third-party search engine.

I`m certainly not trying to convince anyone that the "new" Mimvi will be as explosive as we all thought the "old" Mimvi was to have been, but in my opinion, I don`t believe the old management could have selected a better company to acquire than Adaptive Media and have a better CEO than Mr. Shareef ... a company that can and is currently in the process of integrating Mimvi`s technology into their`s !!!
