what the heck is "SSDD", or is that just another cryptic tag you made up especially for labeling the NEW Mimvi, and which only you know the meaning ?? ... Please enlighten us !!

Here are some FACTS regarding the NEW Mimvi which you continue to ignore ... I suppose you can take some solace, albeit temporary, in knowing you`re not alone here !!

1. When Mimvi acquired Adaptive Media on 7-2-13, Adaptive`s unaudited Statement of Condition of like date revealed Cash of $86,000 and A/R of $325,000 [results from booking Revenue].

2. Since March, 2013, [month of inception] Adaptive has announced four (4) revenue producing contracts/partnerships with the last (2) both generating a projected mid six-figures in annual revenue.

3. Mr. Shareef in his conference call provided very positive guidance for the upcoming two (2) quarters, and estimated that MIMVI would be Cash Flow Neutral by mid-2014. I should mention, too, that he said he will never "under deliver" on his promises, so perhaps we might consider his guidance a bit on the conservative side.

4. He promised that TrepLabs will be launched later in this quarter.

"Our goal is to integrate Mimvi's proprietary recommendation capabilities into the mAdaptive platform in the second phase of rollout," he added. "This will fulfill the original vision of Mimvi Link by driving app installs across relevant content through native and mobile web advertising."

"Adaptive Media, Inc., a subsidiary of Mimvi, Inc. (MIMV), today announced the launch of its video content monetization platform, vidAdaptive. The official launch coincides with the addition of several exclusive and non-exclusive content partnerships that add tens of millions of monthly video ad impressions to the platform, as well as multiple advertising contracts."

So, be my guest and keep refusing to acknowledge the FACTS, and continue to believe there`s somehow a resemblance between the OLD MIMVI and the NEW MIMVI, because I could care less. Also, a low or declining share price means absolutely nothing if comparing the OLD with the NEW. In my opinion, it justs shows there are a whole lot of people out there who are ignorant of the FACTS and consequently know little or nothing about the Company. Furthermore, I just want to inform you that any posts directed to me will no longer be seen or responded to ... I just don`t want you to be wasting your value time.
