But it's also not as if Koos is going to just drop an extra 3 Billion shares into the market all at once, which I feel like some people are assuming for some reason. Of course they say the reason for the increase is to pay Min on milestones, and maybe for a few other costs involving patents that they may need soon, but an extra 3 BILLION does seem excessive - makes me nervous. Koos doesn't seem like a complete idiot though, I wouldn't think dilution will be a big problem... IMO. One billion would make me a little more comfortable all the same.
There is absolutely nothing to indicate that all the shares would be dumped into the market at once. Nothing about historical practices. Nothing in the prelim. Nothing.
Nor does it indicated that it would require him to utilize the entire 3 billion. Maybe, just maybe if this stock could do what it should be doing, the contract for the Min technology would have been done without the need for consideration of such dilution.
