Apparently the issuer has no clue about Nassau St, Pearl St., S William St, Beaver St. and no they cannot drive down Wall St. or Broad St as there is a four block radius around the NYSE where no cars are allowed except the cops. And if they think they are going to park this at Trinity or Rector they can think all they want. But they can park in front of the new mosque on Park.
