Geeez the last thing you want is complaints about any stock to the SEC. The MM's do not mess up the PPS it is traders and manipulators. They are here flipping and they have enough shares to put up huge shares on the ask to intimidate buyers as they sit with huge bids in to get shares from weak hands.
